An absolute gem for the traveler and tourist who wants to bring genuine art back from South Africa. Craftsmanship from around the continent, and much more genuine than its counterparts from Greenmarket square. From my understanding this is to be called the Pan African Market.

An extraordinary and diverse collection of artifacts ranging from the fascinating to the unique and in some cases even exotic. All the material is displayed in a sophisticated and most effective style capable of exciting even the most reserved of collectors. Even more impressive is the delightful and helpful demeanor of the staff for whom no request is too much and who all exude charm and pleasure in identifying the pieces or explaining their provenance or utility. Leading this lovely group is Eugene, who in another long gone time would have been a diplomat and raconteur whom all would seek to further understand the vagaries of life. Charming and ebullient his presence makes the acquisition of each item a pleasure and a delight. A man for all seasons who provides a sense of veracity and pride in his business which is unique and exquisite. Don't even think of walking by without going inside!!!!!!

This store is an absolute must to visit when in Cape Town. There is so much taste for beauty and quality. Miriam and her team also go the extra mile to provide 100% service. I broke some beautiful Ostrich eggs that were bought in her store in Cape. I contacted her to have it replaced. She didn´t have it in stock but contacted the artist and made some new ones which she sent all the way from Cape to Iceland. They were so well packaged that not a single one broke. During the process she responded to all e-mails immediately and kept me updated. Now these eggs are back again in it´s place and one of the highlight decoration items in my home
